Landscape & property design · Saskatoon & area

Nice house.Now, about
that yard.

Landscape design that considers your home, your property, and how you want to use it. Planned in detail and brought to life in 3D before you build.

A better yard startswith a clear plan.

There are a lot of decisions behind a well-designed landscape. Working through them together, before construction, helps you make the most of your space and budget.

Plan for the whole picture

Build everything at once or work in phases. A complete design gives you a clear direction, so each addition fits with what comes next.

Material samples laid out on a landscape plan: light and dark stone pavers, two wood tones, black steel edging, and a square of sod.
02

Know where to invest

Decide on layouts, materials, and quantities before you start purchasing, with a better understanding of how each choice contributes to the finished space.

A narrow side yard with paved path, cedar privacy screen, raised vegetable beds and built-in storage for the hose and tools.
03

Make the most of your property

Privacy, sun exposure, access, and the shape of your lot all influence the design. The plan should respond to the property as carefully as it responds to your wish list.

Plant for our climate

A planting plan that considers Saskatchewan’s growing conditions alongside colour, texture, seasonal interest, and maintenance.

Plans into places

Every finished yard starts with a plan. Drag to compare the design with the space it became.

About

Hi, I’m Jadyn.

I’m a landscape designer with a background in regional and urban planning and urban design. Over the years, I’ve designed outdoor spaces for some of the Saskatoon area’s most exceptional properties, including homes in Greenbryre, Casa Rio, and Riverside. My work spans pools, pool houses, outdoor kitchens, and complete property plans, bringing every element together in detailed 3D designs.

I started Parcel to bring that experience and attention to detail to more homeowners, with a personal approach and a clear plan for moving forward.

I care about how a property works as much as how it looks: where you’ll sit in the evening, what you see from inside, how much privacy you have, and what you’ll realistically want to maintain.

Whether you’re starting with a new lot or rethinking an existing yard, I’ll help bring the decisions together into a design that feels right for your home.
